Bucs activate TE Jeremy Stevens; release Troupe

The Tampa Bay Buccaneers today announced that they have released TE Ben Troupe and activated TE Jerramy Stevens.

Troupe signed with the Buccaneers as a free agent on March 10, 2008. He appeared in the first two games this season.

In addition, the Buccaneers have signed CB Kyle Arrington to the practice squad and released CB Brandon Sumrall.

Sumrall was signed to the practice squad on September 1, 2008.
